Ph.D. Pool Care has been providing swimming pool service in Austin since 2016. Every weekly visit includes surface cleaning, brushing, vacuuming, basket and filter maintenance, a full equipment inspection, and a complete water chemistry test. We stay on site until the job is done, and if conditions require a return visit between regular services, we handle it.
Our monthly rate covers all chemicals. You are never buying chlorine, shock, or stabilizer on your own, and your bill stays the same regardless of what the pool needs that week. We keep your technician consistent so the same person is learning your pool and catching problems early, and our office is available by phone or text whenever something comes up.

Why We Include Chemicals in Your Flat Rate
Every pool service company in Austin handles chemicals differently. Some bill them separately, some mark them up, and some leave you to source your own. We include all standard chemicals in your flat monthly rate because it produces better results for the pool.

Why No Contracts?
We run month to month because we do not need a contract to keep our clients. If a pool service near you requires a long-term commitment, that usually says more about their confidence in the service than it does about yours.
If you are ever unsatisfied, you can cancel immediately and any unused portion of your service is refunded. No penalty, no hassle. Our approach is straightforward: if we take care of your pool the way it should be taken care of, you will stay.
